You know the problem.
A bridge beam needs rust removal – but your shop is 50 km away.
A ship propeller needs polishing – but you can’t build a permanent blasting room at the dock.
So you blast outside. Dust flies everywhere. Workers wear masks. The environmental inspector shows up with a fine.
There’s a smarter way: a container sandblasting room that you can set up anywhere, pack up when you’re done, and roll away.
The Old Way: Fixed, Dusty, Expensive
Traditional blasting rooms are huge buildings.
They take months to construct. Cost a fortune.
And once they’re up, they never move.
What if your job is only two weeks long?
What if you need to blast a ship hull at a temporary repair dock?
What if you just want to try sandblasting without investing in a concrete bunker?
You’re stuck.
Unless you have a shot blast booth that doesn’t need a foundation.
What Is A Shot Blast Booth Anyway?
Think of a heavy‑duty fabric tent, but with steel frames, sealed walls, a dust extraction port, and big enough to park a car inside.
You blow it up (like an inflatable – just kidding, it’s rigid), roll your workpiece in, close the door, and start blasting.
All the abrasive stays inside. The dust goes through a collector. The operator stays clean.
But unlike a permanent room, this container sandblasting room can be:
- Folded down into a compact package
- Loaded onto a flatbed truck
- Set up again at your next site in a few hours
That’s why it’s also called a portable sandblasting booth.

Who Actually Uses A Shot Blast Booth?
From our real customer list:
Ship repair yards – they need to blast rusty plates on a dry dock. No time to build a room. They bring our booth, set it up next to the ship, blast, and move to the next section.
Bridge maintenance crews – working on a remote overpass. Our booth fits under the bridge deck. They blast steel beams, collect dust, and cause no pollution into the river below.
Car refurbishment shops – small garage, not enough space for a permanent booth. They set up our container sandblasting room in the parking lot, strip paint from an old chassis, then fold it away.
Hardware factories – they have occasional big parts (3 metres long). Instead of building a huge room, they rent our booth for a week, blast all the parts, then return it.
Pipeline contractors – need to clean weld seams on a 12‑metre pipe. Our booth can be made in custom lengths.
One customer in Texas uses his shot blast booth to clean oilfield equipment. He said, “I used to pay a blasting contractor $2,000 per day. Now I do it myself in my own booth. Paid for itself in 3 months.”
What About Dust? Can You Really Blast Without Choking?
Yes. That’s the whole point of a shot blast booth.
The booth has a sealed envelope – made of wear‑resistant material. You connect it to a dust collector (sold separately, but we can supply one).
All the abrasive and dust get sucked out, filtered, and collected.
The operator breathes clean air. The neighbours don’t call the EPA.
And you can reuse the abrasive (steel grit, garnet, etc.) because it falls onto a floor grate and gets recycled.
One contractor in Poland told me: “We blasted 500 m² of steel bridge structure inside your container sandblasting room. There was no dust outside. The project manager was shocked.”
Can I Use My Existing Blasting Machine With This Booth?
Yes. The booth is just the enclosure.
You can connect:
- A small portable sandblasting machine
- A large continuous blasting system
- A dry ice blasting machine (for heat‑sensitive surfaces)
- Any blasting setup with a nozzle and hose
The booth has one or two inlet ports for hoses. You put your gun(s) inside, close the port, and blast.
So you don’t need to buy a new blasting unit. Just the shot blast booth and a dust collector.
How Fast Can I Set It Up? Do I Need A Crane?
The booth comes in a modular frame.
For the smaller sizes (6×6×5 m), two people can assemble it in half a day. No crane. The fabric panels zip onto the frame.
For the larger sizes (15×8×6 m and up), you may need a forklift or a small crane to lift the steel beams. But we provide a detailed assembly manual and video.
Most customers do it themselves. If you want, we can send an engineer – $100/day + travel.
Breaking down and moving:
Fold the frame, roll up the fabric, and pack it into a 20ft or 40ft container. The whole container sandblasting room fits in one container (except the largest model). That’s why it’s called container‑type – it ships in a container, not that it is a container.

What Questions Should You Ask Before Buying A Shot Blast Booth?
Ask yourself (or ask us) these three:
- What is the largest workpiece I will blast?
Measure its length, width, and height. Then add 1 metre on each side for walking and swinging the gun. That’s the minimum booth size. - Do I have a dust collector already?
If not, we’ll recommend one (matching the booth volume and your blasting flow). You need it to make the booth truly dust‑free. - Will I move it often or leave it in one place?
If you move weekly, choose a smaller size. If you set up for a long project, go big.
We can also add: lighting (LED explosion‑proof), floor grate, abrasives recovery system, and remote control for the dust collector.
Try A Shot Blast Booth On Your Own Site – 30 Days, No Risk
You’re thinking: “What if the fabric tears? What if the frame is too flimsy?”
We’ll ship you the booth. You set it up. You blast your dirtiest, rustiest part.
If you see any dust leak, or if the frame bends, or if you just don’t like the way it works – return it. Full refund. We cover return shipping.
This offer is for the first 6 booths worldwide. First-come, first-served. This isn’t a marketing tactic; it’s our confidence in our product.
One Last Question
Are you still blasting in the open air?
Still renting expensive fixed booths?
Still worrying about fines and health inspections?
Your competitors have already moved to portable shot blast booths. They’re blasting anywhere – on a ship dock, under a bridge, in a rental warehouse – and they’re doing it dust‑free.
👉 Email admin@chinayugongmachinery.com now. Tell me:
- The size of your largest workpiece (L×W×H)
- What material do you blast?
- Do you already have a dust collector?
I’ll reply within 24 hours with:
- The exact booth size for your parts
- A video of that booth in action
