In 2026, we received an inquiry from a customer in the Philippines who was looking for equipment to improve the production of GRC decorative components.
The customer was using a labor-intensive production process and wanted a more efficient way to handle GRC material while maintaining consistent product quality. The project involved the production of architectural and decorative components, where stable material distribution and efficient spraying were important.
The customer found our GRC production equipment through our online product information and contacted our team to discuss the required production capacity and equipment configuration.
After reviewing the application requirements, our engineers recommended a suitable GRC spray solution.
GRC Spray Parameters for the Philippines Project
The recommended Screw GRC Shotcrete Machine is designed for continuous GRC material delivery and spraying. Its screw system is suitable for handling cement, sand, water and short glass fibers.
| Item | Specification |
| Machine Name | Screw GRC Shotcrete Machine |
| Voltage | 380V, 3 Phase |
| Frequency | 50Hz |
| Motor Power | 2.2-4.0kW |
| Speed | 20-200r/min |
| Horizontal Boom Radius | 4.5m |
| Delivery Capacity | 300-1600kg/h |
| Capacity | 60L |
| Working Pressure | 0.6-0.8MPa |
| Productivity | 200-400m²/h |
| Machine Size | 1400 × 1000 × 2200mm |
| Machine Weight | 220kg |
The GRC spray machine uses a stepless speed regulation motor. The rotating speed can be adjusted while the machine is running, allowing operators to adjust the material delivery according to production requirements.
The machine is designed for GRC mixtures containing cement, sand, water and short-cut glass fibers. The special screw design helps prevent fiber clumping during material delivery.

GRC Spray Machine Solution for Faster Production

During the consultation, the customer was mainly concerned about production efficiency, fiber distribution and the consistency of finished GRC components.
Traditional manual production can be slow and may result in uneven fiber distribution and inconsistent component quality. These problems become more noticeable when manufacturers need to handle larger orders.
Our engineers recommended the GRC spray machine because it combines material delivery and spraying with a system designed to handle short glass fibers.
The working process includes continuous mortar delivery, synchronous alkali-resistant glass fiber cutting, mixing of mortar and fiber at the spray gun, high-pressure spraying onto the mold surface and layered compaction. This process helps achieve more consistent GRC spraying.
The machine can be used for:
- Exterior decorative panels
- Decorative lines
- Curtain wall panels
- Columns
- Sculptures
- Flower pots
- Rockery structures
- Other shaped GRC components
This flexibility was suitable for the customer’s production requirements.

GRC Equipment Configuration for Different Applications
The customer also wanted to understand whether the equipment could support different GRC production tasks.
The GRC equipment can be applied in architectural decoration, precast component manufacturing, garden landscaping and building material production.
For architectural decoration manufacturers, the equipment can support the production of exterior decorative panels and decorative lines.
For precast factories, it can be used for curtain wall and decorative panel production.
For landscaping companies, the equipment can be used to create sculptures, flower pots, rockeries and other complex-shaped components.
The customer therefore did not need a machine limited to one product type. The same equipment could support different GRC production applications as the business developed.

GRC Spray Production, Inspection and Shipment
After confirming the equipment configuration, our team arranged production for the Philippines order.
Before shipment, we provided factory inspection videos and photographs so the customer could check the machine before delivery. The inspection focused on the machine structure, motor, material delivery system and overall operating condition.
We also confirmed the customer’s power requirements. The standard machine uses 380V, three-phase power at 50Hz.
For customers planning a complete GRC production setup, the machine can be combined with supporting equipment such as an air compressor, mixer and feeding system. Specifies an 11kW screw air compressor as a suitable supporting configuration for the 4kW and 2.2kW GRC spray machines.
After the inspection was completed, the machine was prepared for export to the Philippines.

GRC Spray Performance After Delivery
After receiving the machine, the Philippine customer received the operation manual and technical instructions from our team.
Our engineers also provided one-to-one online guidance covering basic operation, material preparation, spraying procedures and routine use.
The customer found that the machine system provided a more convenient production method than relying entirely on manual spraying.
The machine offers a delivery capacity of 300-1600kg/h and a listed productivity of 200-400m²/h. Its working pressure is 0.6-0.8MPa, while the 20-200r/min speed range provides adjustable material delivery during operation.
The customer also valued the equipment’s ability to work with glass-fiber-reinforced mixtures rather than using a conventional mortar spraying process.
GRC Spray Support for Philippine Customers
This cooperation covered the complete process from application discussion and model selection to production, factory inspection, shipment and after-sales guidance.
For customers choosing a GRC spray, the suitable configuration depends on production capacity, required spraying area, glass fiber requirements, power supply and supporting equipment.
The machine is particularly suitable for manufacturers producing GRC decorative panels, architectural components, precast products and landscaping structures.
The successful Philippines project demonstrates how machine technology can help manufacturers move from labor-intensive production toward a more continuous and efficient spraying process.
