How Does A Small Sandblasting Machine Work?
You put abrasive media into the tank. You close the lid and pressurise the tank with compressed air.
When you pull the trigger on the blast hose, compressed air carries abrasive out of the tank and through the nozzle at high speed.
The abrasive impacts the surface – removing rust, paint, and contaminants.
The used abrasive falls to the ground. You can sweep it up and reuse it (depending on the media).
Important: The machine needs a dry air supply. Moisture in the air can clog the abrasive flow and damage the equipment.
