1. You Can Change The Speed While You Are Spraying. No Need To Stop.
Most machines make you turn them off, change a setting, then start again. That is annoying.

Why does this matter? Imagine you are spraying a statue with lots of curves and corners. At the tight spots, you want slow speed so the material builds up thick. On the big flat areas, you want high speed to get the job done faster. With this grc spraying equipment, you just turn the dial. Easy.

2. The Long Arm (4.5 Meters) Saves You From Needing A Helper.
Look at the machine. It has a horizontal boom that reaches out 4.5 meters. The hose hangs from that boom.
Without this boom, your hose drags on the ground. It gets stuck on rocks, rebar, and tools. You need another person just to pull the hose for you.
With the boom, you can cover a circle about 9 meters wide all by yourself. The hose comes from above, like the cord of a vacuum cleaner. You walk, the hose follows. No dragging. No knots. No yelling “Hey, pull the hose!”

3. Running The Machine Slower Actually Gives You Better Quality.
The spec says this grc spraying equipment can spray 300 to 1600 kilograms per hour. You might think “faster is better.” But that is not true for GRC.
GRC has glass fibers inside the mix. Glass fibers are what make the concrete strong. If you run the screw too fast, those fibers get chopped into tiny pieces. They also clump together into little balls.
Short fibers and fiber balls mean weak concrete. Your finished part might crack or break.
If you run the machine at medium speed (around 100‑120 rpm), the fibers stay long and straight. They spread evenly through the mix. The finished product is much stronger — about 15‑20% stronger by bending tests.
So yes, slower spraying speed gives you stronger parts. And because the surface comes out smoother, you spend less time grinding and fixing. Total job time? Still fast. Maybe even faster.
Think of it like cooking. High heat burns the food. Medium heat cooks it perfectly.
4. Too Much Air Pressure Ruins Your Work. Keep It Low.
A regular mortar sprayer needs high pressure — sometimes 1.2 to 1.5 MPa. But a grc spraying equipment works best at only 0.6 to 0.8 MPa.
Why so low? Because GRC mix is wet and runny. It sprays easily. If you turn the pressure too high, the material hits the mold and bounces back at you. Glass fibers fly everywhere. You breathe them in. They itch your skin. And you waste a lot of material.
The right pressure feels like this: when you pull the trigger, the mix comes out as a thick, flat fan. It lands on the mold softly and stays there. No splash. No cloud of dust. Your air compressor should be an 11 kW screw type. It gives steady air without loud clanking.
Set the pressure to about 0.65 MPa. Then forget it. Just spray.
5. The Machine Is Heavy (220 Kg). That Is A Good Thing.
You look at the spec: 220 kilograms. You think “that is heavy.” Yes, it is. But that weight is your friend.
A lightweight machine bounces around. When the screw pump pushes material, the whole machine shakes. If it is too light, it will slowly walk across the floor. After ten minutes, you turn around and find your machine has moved half a meter. Now the hose is pulling at an angle. You have to stop and drag it back.
Our grc shotcrete machine is heavy on purpose. The pump housing is thick. The feet are solid rubber. When you add 60 liters of mix into the hopper, the total weight goes over 300 kg. That machine is not going anywhere.
You can put a cup of coffee on top. It will vibrate a little, but it will not fall off. You focus on spraying, not on chasing your machine.
