Imagine you have to make fifty decorative panels for a hotel lobby. Each panel has curves, corners, and a fancy flower pattern.
Your old way: mix cement and sand by hand, cut glass fibres, spread the sticky mess with a trowel. One panel takes an hour. Your back hurts. The glass fibres itch. And the strength? Some panels crack, some are too thick, some are too thin.
There’s a machine that does all of it – mixing, spraying, even chopping glass fibres – in one go. It’s called GRC equipment. And it will change the way you make decorative concrete.

What The Heck Is A GRC Spraying Machine?
GRC stands for Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete. Think of it as concrete with tiny glass hairs inside. Those hairs make the concrete strong but light – like fibreglass, but with cement instead of plastic.
A GRC spraying machine is a machine that mixes cement, sand, water, and chopped glass fibres together while it sprays.
You point a spray gun at a mould or a wall, pull the trigger, and a stream of wet concrete mixed with short glass fibres comes out. It sticks to the surface. You build up layers. In a few minutes, you have a strong, thin panel that used to take hours by hand.
Why is this better?
Because when you mix glass fibres into concrete by hand, the fibres clump together. The concrete has weak spots. The machine chops the fibres just before they hit the spray, so every fibre is separate. The result is a product that is twice as strong as hand‑made GRC.
One factory owner in Vietnam told me, “I used to employ six people just to make GRC panels. Now two people run this machine. And the panels are so uniform that my clients think I bought them from a factory in Germany.”

What Can You Make With This GRC Glass Fibre Spraying Machine?
Here’s a short list of things people make with the GRC glass fibre spraying machine:
- Building facades – lightweight panels that look like natural stone or precast concrete, but weigh 70% less
- Decorative mouldings – cornices, window surrounds, columns (Roman style or modern)
- Artificial rocks – for gardens, water parks, zoos
- Benches and planters – thin‑wall, strong, can be any colour
- Sculptures and reliefs – you can spray into rubber moulds and get perfect details
- Bridge parapets – strong enough for roads, light enough for easy installation
The machine works with any GRC mix – standard cement, white cement, coloured cement, even lightweight aggregates.
A contractor in Florida used this machine to make fake coral rocks for a water park. He said, “Hand‑making those would have taken months. With the spray machine, we finished in three weeks, and the rocks looked more real than real.”
What About The Air Compressor? How To Match It Correctly?
GRC equipment power is 4 KW and 2.2 KW (depending on model). It needs an 11 KW screw air compressor.
Why screw type? Because a piston compressor gives pulsating air, the pressure goes up and down. That makes the spray uneven. A screw compressor gives smooth, continuous air. You get a consistent spray pattern.
Rough guide:
- For Solution 1–3 (2.2–3.0 KW spray): a 7.5–11 KW screw compressor is fine.
- For Solution 4–5 (4.0 KW spray): use 11 KW or 15 KW screw compressor.
If your compressor is too small, the spray will be weak, and the glass fibres won’t embed properly.
One customer in South Africa used a small piston compressor. The spray was sputtering like a dying engine. He switched to an 11 KW screw compressor – and the machine ran perfectly. He said, “I wasted two days before I listened to you.”
How Much Can You Save With This Machine?
Let’s do simple math.
Manual method:
Two workers can make about 10 m² of panels per day (including mixing, cutting fibres, troweling, and curing). Material waste: about 20% because hand mixing is messy.
Machine method (GRC spray):
The same two workers can make about 80 m² per day (200–400 m² per hour is for thin coats, but real production with multiple layers is about 80–100 m² per day). Material waste: under 5% because the spray is precise.
Savings per day: You produce 8 times more area with the same labour. That’s like getting 7 extra workers for free.
One year: If you work 200 days per year, the machine pays for itself in a few months.
Try A GRC Equipment For 30 Days – No Risk, No Excuses
You might be thinking: “What if the machine doesn’t work with my mix? What if I can’t get spare parts?”
Here’s our offer.
Order the solution we recommend (tell us your daily production, and we will pick the right one). We ship it to you with a starter pack of rubber seals and wear parts. You use it for 30 days on your own moulds.
If you don’t see at least triple the speed compared to hand lay‑up – or if you just don’t like the machine – return it for a full refund.
And if you mention “GRC trial” when you order, we will include a free set of spare screws and a stator. Yours to keep, even if you return the machine.
This offer is for the first 8 machines only.

One Last Image
Picture this.
You have a row of rubber moulds on a table – each one is a decorative panel with a flower relief.
One worker starts the mixer. Another worker points the spray gun at the first mould.
He pulls the trigger. A perfect stream of grey mix with evenly dispersed glass fibres lands on the mould. He moves the gun in smooth passes. Within two minutes, the mould is filled – exactly 8 mm thick, no voids, no clumps.
He moves to the next mould. The machine hums. No mess, no dust, no itching fibres.
At the end of the shift, you have 40 finished panels. They are all identical. They are all strong. And your workers are not exhausted.
That can be your factory next week.
